Reservation policy

To allow us to offer you access to Rustik Cottage and so you can experience a truly pleasurable time, we have established, as much for our benefit as that of our future guests, a reservation policy with the following terms:

• A $200 no refundable minimum deposit is required upon reservation.
• The balance must be paid 7 days before the occupation date.
• A $50 dollar fee is required for any length of stay alteration.
• There is no refundable cancellation or change allowed, with less than 30 days notice.
• Arrival time is 5:00 p.m. and departure time is, at the latest 11:00 a.m.
• Please note we are not responsible for power failures, telephone breakdowns, running water breakdowns, Internet access failures, or cable television failures.
• The number of persons in the cottage must not exceed (8). There will be a $200 fine, per day, per additional person for any violation of this policy. You may invite additional people to the cottage as long as they do not stay overnight.
• Management has the right to demand a guarantee against possible damages to the property and the right to ask for a credit card imprint at reception.
• Animals are not accepted. A $200 fine is applicable for violation of this policy.
